Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Within 30 days of your order if you find that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me to discuss. Returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis for an in store credit. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Each piece of designs2C jewelry item is hand woven. Avoid wearing in the shower, pool, or submerging in water for an extended period of time. Please do not exercise in it.

If you experience a problem with your item, please message me. Repair may be possible and I will do my best to make the transaction satisfactory.

Custom orders are non-refundable and require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin.
