I pick up every bead, one by one, and stitch through them several times to weave this dramatic yet light and comfortable earring. The metallic bronze beads are Japanese glass seed beads. The focal at the bottom of the earring is made with several sizes of glass pearls in a vibrant coral, top stitched with tiny seed beads and crystals in turquoise. I added a black pearl drop for extra drama and movement. The finished earring measures 3 inches from the top of the antique brass ear wire to the bottom of the pearl drop.
This earring is named for my daughter's childhood friend, Tori, who wore the first pair to her high school prom. You can wear this earring to a special event or I wear my petite version with a T-shirt dress and pony tail.
