Wear these everyday. I use small Japanese glass seed beads and nylon thread to set these unique Czech buttons made from antique molds. The stitching looks like filigree and contributes to the vintage feel of the finished drop. The V shaped wire is 100% modern and means the earring swings a little lower making for a slightly showy earring.
They feel a very Edwardian to me. I love Belle Époque jewelry. They are unusual because I have both the petite (14mm) and medium (18mm) option. To give you a bit of perspective, the smaller earring is about the size of a dime and larger is the size of a quarter. The later picture gives you and idea of the difference.
The finished set buttons are .5 and .75 inches. The earring measures 1.75 from the top of the 14K gold filled V shaped ear wire.
